The current lots
Eight coffees, all bought direct and roasted to order. Every bag carries a roast date, the producer's name, the altitude and our cupping score. Nothing is blended to hide a weak component.
Three we are drinking now

Huila, Colombia

Gedeb, Ethiopia
Anaerobic natural, 1,950 m, 89 points. Four-day fermentation, dried on raised beds for 18 days.

The Assembly Blend
Brazil, Colombia and Ethiopia. Developed for milk, but it holds up black on a Monday morning.

Three things we actually use.
We only sell equipment that has been on our own bench for a year: a hand grinder, a scales, and a brewer. Nothing else.
The Comandante C40, the Acaia Pearl and the Hario V60. All three are repairable, all three have parts available, and all three are what we use at home.
